Karen's drawings are inspired by her surroundings. The works below range from a Kauai and Pacific Coast sunset to interior window scenes in a small Midwestern town. All are done using Ebony graphite pencils and/or Prismacolor pencils. The cat in the lower left drawing was a digital exception, added after the drawing was scanned.
