Flipping Soeur

The Flipping Soeur is a brightly colored bird. It usually has a blue head and the underside is a bright orange-yellow. The colors on its back are usually oranges and reds.
The bird got its name because every time before it lands it flips three times in the air and magically lands gracefully. The second half of the name means sister in french and the bird is sometimes referred to as the sister bird.
The Flipping Soeur lives in marsh lands in North America near towns. It can often be seen flying over the town early in the morning.
The Flipping Soeur always travels to Africa for the winter months of North America. The bird lives near water in such places as rivers or watering holes and when the temperature rises the Flipping Soeur returns to its home in the marshlands of N
orth America.
